Herbal Snuff Powder

This herbal combination is used to relieve symptoms of sinusitis, congestion, sinus infection, and many other chronic sinus problems. Use as a general sinus cleanser. Goldenseal is commonly used as a treatment for irritations and inflammation of the mucous membranes of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts because of its antimicrobial activity. It is often recommended in combination with echinacea for the treatment of colds and flu. Garlic has antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal activity and offers support against some bacterial infections. Cayenne relieves pain and itching by acting on sensory nerves preventing pain signals from being sent.

 

Dosage: Snuff a small pinch of herbal snuff into each nostril. Pinch shut opposite nostril. Inhale very deeply when taking in snuff. Hold snuff for 5 to 10 minutes before blowing your nose. This product contains herbs that may temporarily cause a slight burning and irritation of the nose and sinus area.
