    • 8 ounces vegetable juice
    • 1 frozen banana, chopped
    • 3 tsp ground ginger
    • 1 c. non/lowfat plain yogurt
    • 1 c. nonfat milk
    • 6 ice cubes

  • Directions:
    • Place all ingredients in blender, add ice cubes and mix well.
