- Makes: 2 servings
- Ingredients:
- 8 ounces vegetable juice
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 3 tsp ground ginger
- 1 c. non/lowfat plain yogurt
- 1 c. nonfat milk
- 6 ice cubes
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender, add ice cubes and mix well.
