SHRIMP PIZZA
- Makes: 8 slices
- Ingredients:
- premade pizza crust
- 1½ c. pizza or spaghetti sauce
- ¾ pound cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
- 1½ red onions, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1½ c. non/lowfat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Directions:
- Spread sauce evenly over crust.
- Top with shrimp, onion and peppers.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
