Vegetable Chicken
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- ¾ c. carrots, sliced
- ¾ c. turnips, sliced
- 2¼ lbs. potatoes, sliced
- 3 lemons
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 envelopesherb and garlic dry soup mix
- ½ c. water
- Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a baking pan and top with chicken.
- In a bowl, combine soup mix and water and pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes.

- Serving Size - 1 chicken breast with 1/8 of mixture
- Calories - 350
- Fat - 4 gr
- Cholesterol - 70 mg
- Protein - 30 gr
- Carbohydrates - 50 gr
- Fiber - 6 gr
- Sodium - 850 mg
