Humus
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 8 ounce can garbanzo beans, rinsed (reserve 2 tdp liquid)
- 1½ tsp sesame tahini
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp parsley, minced
- Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add bean juice to moisten, if necessary.
