LEMON SNAPPER

  • Makes: 4 servings

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 tsp. olive oil
    • 4 6oz red snapper fillets
    • ¼ c. lemon juice
    • ¼ c. parsley, chopped

  • Directions:
    • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook snapper 3-4 minutes on each side.
    • Heat lemon juice, remove from heat and add parsley.
    • Serve over red snapper.

  • Nutritional Information:
    • Serving Size - 1 fillet
    • Calories - 190
    • Fat - 4 gr
    • Cholesterol - 60 mg
    • Protein - 35 gr
    • Carbohydrates - 1.5 gr
    • Fiber - 0.5 gr
