Chicken and Green Beans
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp flour
- 11 oz. can cream of mushroom soup (97% fat-free)
- 12oz. can green beans
- ½ c. chicken stock
- 2½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1 pound potatoes, cubed
- Directions:
- Place first four ingredients in an oven bag and squeeze to blend mixture
- Place bag in baking pan and flatten
- Sprinkle chicken with paprika and add chicken and potatoes to bag.
- close bag and cut 4-5 slits in top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes.
