GARBANZO BEAN SALAD
- Makes: 5 servings
- Ingredients:
- 16 oz. garbanzo beans (reduced-sodium)
- 3 tomatos, chopped
- ½ c. red onions, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- ½ green pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8-12 drops hot sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Directions:
- Rinse garbanzo beans in a colander and put in a bowl.
- Add the tomatos, red onions, green onions, and green peppers to bowl.
- Mix vinegar, olive oil, hot sauce, and pepper. Pour over beans and other vegetables and mix.
