SHRIMP STIR-FRY WITH VEGETABLES
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound medium shrimp
- 12 ounces green beans, drained
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp lite soy sauce
- 2/3 c. instant rice
- Directions:
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Add oil to a nonstick skillet and heat over high heat.
- Add all ingredients, except rice.
- Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
