BEAN SALAD WITH SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 5 ounces apricot preserves
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1¼ tsp sugar
- 6 oz can green beans, drained
- 6 oz can black beans, drained
- 6 oz can Great Northern beans, drained
- 6 oz can wax beans, drained
- 6 oz can kidney beans, drained
- 1 red onion sliced
- Directions:
- Mix apricot preserves, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to preserves mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate bean salad at least 6 hours.
