BAKED FISH
- Makes: 8 servings
- Ingredients:
- 1 pound fish fillets
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. cumin powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1½ tsp. lemon juice
- Directions:
- Coat fish with all ingredients except juice.
- Cover and marinate for one hour in the refrigerator.
- Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat).
- Place the fish in dish and cover with marinade.
- Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes.
- Top with lemon juice.
